By participating in "India's First Immunity Challenge for Smarter Breathing" (hereinafter referred to as "the Challenge"), you ("the Participant") acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1.1. Registration and participation signify unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2.1. The Challenge is open to individuals residing in India who are 18 years or older.
2.2. Registration requires successful payment and WhatsApp onboarding.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke participation.
The Challenge runs for seven (7) consecutive days from enrollment.
Participants must submit humming voice notes three times daily and complete daily questionnaires. Non-adherence impacts scoring.
Winners are selected based on adherence, submissions, questionnaires, and change in airway patency score.
Fraudulent submissions, misconduct, or violations may result in disqualification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi.
